Gauri Shankar Rudraksha

Description

Two naturally joined rudrakshas into a single rudraksha is called Gauri Shankar rudraksha. It is considered as a unified form of Shiva and Shakti. Some people match this to Lord Ardhnareeshwar of 2 mukhi rudraksha though there are some subtle differences between the two. Gauri shankar rudraksha can come in multiple mukhs (faces) like 9, 10 , 11..14. There are two holes in this rudraksha. Number of mukhs (faces) should be counted on both the beads to arrive at the total number of mukhs (faces). Another variety of this Gauri Shankar rudraksha comes in the form of Garbhgauri rudraksha where one of the beads is smaller than the other.
