Refund and Returns Policy

Disclaimer: Rudraksha, Gemstones and Vastu is a matter of faith and belief. All information provided are based on the scriptures, published books and individual experiences. Brahmanandh Vastu guarantees the quality of the products and services and not the effects. We advice the customers to use their discretion in such matters.

Brahmanandh Vastu is a customer centric organization. We take pride in providing high quality Vastu services and products, genuine Rudraksha beads and Gemstones. We take into account every detail to ensure that our services and products are of best quality so as to maintain our customer satisfaction.

The return and refund policy is applicable only to our products and is NOT applicable to any of our services. If you are not satisfied for any reason with the product, you can inform us regarding the return of the product within 5 days from the date of receipt to initiate a refund. You can initiate the return by reporting the issue to us on store@brahmanandhvastu.com or contacting us at the store phone number.

In case you are not satisfied with the products purchased or if the product is damaged during shipping, we will give a refund or exchange. Please read the criteria and steps below for the refund or exchange.

a) To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

b) Before return or exchange, please let us know in detail with the reason of return or exchange by writing to us at the email address store@brahmanandhvastu.com or reaching us at the Store contact number as mentioned in the website.

c) Once your return or refund request has been acknowledged by us, we will initiate a return or refund of your product as per the details furnished or discussed.

d) Refunds will be initiated upon receipt of the complete package in 5-7 Working Days.

e) Please furnish the proof of receipt and purchase.

f) Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at store@brahmanandhvastu.com.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to our store address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
